Dancing With the Stars Season 12 Casts

Dancing With the Stars Season 12 premieres on Monday, March 21, 2011 at 8/7c on ABC television network. Critics Slam Twilight New Moon

New Moon pales in comparison to Twilight, according to the critics from US Magazine.

Chicago Sun-Times' Roger Ebert says "the characters in this movie should be arrested for loitering with intent to moan. Never have teenagers been in greater need of a jump-start. Granted some of them are more than 100 years old, but still: their charisma is by Madame Tussaud."

Ty Burr of The Boston Globe remarks: "Sorry, girls: The thrill is gone." He says that "where the first film’s director, Catherine Hardwicke, plugged into [author Stephenie] Meyer’s vision of supernatural teenage lust with abandon, Chris Weitz is stuck with a sequel that’s a morning-after mope-fest."

Burr also says that the film favors werewolf Jacob (Taylor Lautner) than vampire Edward (Robert Pattinson).

"When he's onscreen, Pattinson’s Edward is all emo posturing under a trembling bouffant - the actor suddenly seems to be embarrassed to be here," says Burr. "Lautner's performance, by contrast, has the warmth of an actual human."

But Kenneth Turan of the Los Angeles Times says Lautner and Kristen Stewart (who plays Bella) have no heat: "The connection between these two is so self-evidently non-romantic that it turns out not to be much of a diversion."

USA Today's Claudia Puig agrees, saying the the Bella-Edward romance is a bore and that "the pace picks up" once Jacob and his pals turn into werewolves. She gave the film 2.5 out of 4 stars.

Variety writes that ladies hoping to gaze at Pattinson the big screen " may be disappointed by Pattinson's reduced presence" in the sequel, "as his Edward appears predominantly in mumbling visions until a cliffhanger that brazenly sets up the next episode."

Despite some harsh reviews, the film is still expected to earn more than $85 million during its first weekend (it has run up the biggest advance sales of any film in history). It opens in 4,024 locations, beginning with 3,500 performances at 12:01 a.m. Friday.

‘I’ve explored obsession. I’ve explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I’ve explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I’ve explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy,’ Kidman said.

Twilight fans especially for Kristen Stewart as Bella. Bella is the cover celebirty of the Allure November 2009 edition.

“I go outside, and I’m wearing a funky T-shirt and my hair is dirty, and people
say, ‘What’s wrong with her? She needs to invest in a hairbrush,’” the
19-year-old actress reveals in Allure’s November issue, on newsstands Oct. 20.
“I’m like, ‘Don’t you get it? I’m not that girl! I never was that girl. It’s not

Philippines Engkwentro "Clash" film won the Orizzonti (New Horizons) section and the Luigi de Laurentiis Award for debuting filmmakers competitions of the 66th Venice Film International Festival.

The film was directed by Filipino Filmmaker Jose Lorenzo "Pepe" Diokno. He's only 22 years old and yet he has survived so many delegates all over the world.

The Philippines annual Cinemalaya Film Festivals held every July at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. The main objective of the Cinemalaya Foundation is to develop and promote indie films in the country.

The film festival grants a total of Php 500, 000 ($10,000) to the top and best indie films that are included in the top 10 films. The 10 finalists are from the hundreds of films that were submitted all over the country.

Veteran Director and actress Laurice Guillen spearheaded the Cinemalaya Organizing Committee. The organizers are really hoping from the finalist to

"express their own concepts freely and not be limited by the industry's present condition, where artistic integrity is sacrificed in the pursuit of commercial success."

Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) proudly presents the 35 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2009 entries. It was announced by MMDA chairman Bayani Fernado last July 3, 2009 at the MMDA office.

Local Entertainment industry in the Philippines mourns the death of talent manager Douglas "Tito Dougs" Quijano.

His wake is lying at the Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City. A lot of condolences from both inside and outside of the show business were coming to the family of Tito Dougs.

He was found dead Saturday morning in his rest house in Lucban, Quezon. The cause of his death according to his attending physician is heart attack.

Kris Allen - the 8th season winner of the reality television series American Idol. I love how he sing and how portray his version of "No Boundaries". He my bet since the start of the tv show. With his runner up, Adam Lambert where the both them do their best until the very end of season.

Kris Allen with his first carrier single "No Boundaries" hit the top music stream. Last May 26 the song hit the 2nd spot over the iTunes store site. Today, the song dropped from 2nd to 7th position but still on the top 10 of iTunes websites.
